HOW TO ARRANGE A COMMISSION

If you have seen my work and you would like a unique painting in my style and aesthetic, please fill in the form below and I would be happy to discuss the ideas.

I specialise in painting birds, animals, pet portraits, insects, flowers, fruits, cakes and mushrooms, but I am happy to discuss painting other subjects. Please note, currently I do not accept commissions for people portraits.

WHAT MATERIALS DO I USE?

​

All of my commissions are painted with oil paints and sealed with a gloss varnish.
I can paint on various surfaces; canvas, wooden boards, canvas paper, etc.

PAYMENT AND PRICE

Approximate painting prices:

8x10" - £130
10x12" - £190
10x14" - £210
12x16" - £280
16x20" - £450
18x24" - £600

30x40" - £1,600

40x47"- £2,400

40x60" - £3,200

 

The above sizes are guidelines; I am happy to paint any other sizes larger than 8x10”. I will be able to quote you a final price after we have discussed the idea as it will depend on canvas size, subject and level of detail. I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit in advance and 50% upon completion of the painting prior to delivery.

If you require a payment plan, please let me know and we can discuss this to suit your needs and the painting will be delivered upon completion of the final payment.

GUARANTEE

Artwork is guaranteed by the artist to meet the client’s requests. Changes can be made if the client is dissatisfied with the work. I allow two alterations. If the client does not wish to purchase the artwork upon completion, the deposit will be retained by the artist. The artwork then becomes property of the artist and can be used in any fashion without the client’s permission.

DELIVERY

Quoted commission price does not include shipping; this will be calculated separately. Shipping is available worldwide.

Painting can also be collected in person from my studio in Nottingham, UK.

COPYRIGHT

Artist retains the full rights to all commissioned artwork unless purchaser has specifically paid for copyrights to image. Reproductions may not be made by the client for any kind of profit without written permission from the artist.
