IMPORTANT
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, postage delays are likely to occur, so please allow extra time for delivery.
SHIPPING
Shipping worldwide.
Your order will be dispatched 2-3 business days after receiving payment.
All products and original paintings are shipped directly from the artist’s studio based in the UK.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Before submitting an order, please check that the delivery address you provide is correct, as I cannot be held responsible for delays or loss of items sent to an incorrect address.
UK Orders
Original paintings will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery; all other products will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery unless otherwise stated.
Larger paintings will be dispatched by courier.
International & Europe Orders
Original paintings will be dispatched with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery; all other products will be dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery unless otherwise stated.

As soon as the item leaves the United Kingdom, I am no longer liable for the goods, nor am I liable for any duties or any other fees you might occur.
On 1st July, the EU introduced the IOSS scheme to 'simplify' taxes for goods imported to the EU and scrapped the exemption for tax on low value goods (under 22 EUR). I am currently not registered for the IOSS scheme.
This means if you live in the EU or outside the UK, you will have to pay customs and duties, as goods to the EU will be sent 'Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU)' before your package can be released. The cost varies from country to country, so I am unable to advise what the exact fee will be. It may also cause some delays on packages.
If you would rather pay for customs and duty upfront so that there are no unexpected fees, you can order via my Etsy shop here. As a global marketplace, Etsy collect these taxes to ensure you don't pay the fees twice.
I will update this page if my IOSS registration position changes.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns for any of my products or paintings.
If the product (excluding original paintings) arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me to liva.vilemsone@gmail.com with your order number.
Original paintings are carefully packed by the artist to protect the edges of the painting. It’s very rare that the painting would arrive damaged, but if you do have any issues with a damaged original painting, please contact me via email with photos of the painting and packaging so we can find a solution together.
Damaged orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
PAYMENT
Accepting credit card payments from all major credit card companies, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
